The March/April 2012 issue of Lonny has arrived! Hooray! We’ve waited a while for a new issue to come out and let me tell you it was worth the wait. It’s a beast of a magazine this time round with over 200 pages to flip through! It’s also the green issue which is always inspiring. So kick back for a bit this hump day and enjoy!

Bedroom Inspiration

My bedroom has long been neglected. I want my bedroom to be a little haven for me. I’m thinking clouds. Soft puffy, ethereal clouds. So the look will be blues, whites and silver. The moment I saw this bedroom in the Feb/March 2010 issue of Lonny, I was in love. So I’m making it my inspiration. As soon as I’ve got all the cloud artwork and mirrors up in my bedroom, I’ll show you the final product.

Happy Friday, my peeps! What have you got on the agenda this weekend? Mine is looking pretty low key. Heading out for dinner tonight, and then I’m planning on getting some bookclub reading in (I’ve barely started Escape and we’re discussing it next weekend! Eeek!).  Hope you stay bundled up and warm. It’s supposed to be frigidly cold! A hot toddy may be in order.

Happy Friday my doves! My weekend has a pinch of posh to it: going for high tea at the Chateau Laurier! It’s my Nanny’s 85th birthday on Saturday and we’ve decided a girl’s day is needed. My question is…what the heck is high tea? Is it doused in opium or something? Can you only drink it while swinging from the chandelier? Well I am going to find out and let you lovelies know on Monday, with photos and all! What are your plans?
