Nike Training Club App

I hate gyms. The concept of multiple people in a room getting sweaty and showing off their muscles makes me want to puke in my mouth a bit. And perhaps I’m a little self conscious. Perhaps. Plus I’ve had some bad luck with canceling gym memberships when I’ve moved from city to city. I’m done with the gym! Instead I’ve been all over Jillian Michaels DVDs. They’ve been amazing. I still love them and while I could never say, “Step aside Jillian!”, I am really pumped about the Nike Training Club App.

Whether you want to boost your cardio, tone or bulk up, it’s got you covered. Plus it takes into account whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced. Working in cyclical one to two minute drills, you sweat your way through exercises like pushups, lunges, and jumprope. And trust me, you sweat. The best part? I don’t have to set aside time to exercise. I can exercise while watching my regular TV shows! I’m in love.

  2. I just downloaded the full fitness app for the iphone. I’m not sure if I like it yet. I’ll give this Nike one a try.

    I love love love couch to 5k. I thought it really helped with helping me learn to run.
