mum’s the word

It’s a week of birthdays! Today is my Mom’s birthday so I wanted to post a little something in her honour. The ultimate nurturer, Mom’s been taking care of her dad (my Poppy) who’s been in the hospital for over a month now for congestive heart failure. I think what she’d probably like now more than ever is some well deserved R&R, enjoying the birds on a fresh spring day.
