I have to riffle through a pack of ripe bananas to get to the icecubes in my freezer. Something must be done. Banana Espresso Chocolate Chip Muffins seem a sure fire way to sort things out. But who wants plain ol’ muffins? I’ll be donning mine in pretty cups!
